Construction Update-Michigan Tower 2 – July 2026

The full fit-out of the ground-floor Amenity Space, including the reception area, has now commenced.  Tiling, kitchen installation, and joinery works have been completed through to L33. Live power has been successfully energised to L30 and the townhouses.  Final decoration works are progressing through to L31 and have been completed in the townhouses.
