Development & Construction

Vermont is at the forefront of the residential market and is currently actively delivering over 2,300 residential units across the North West, including the prestigious Media City development at Salford with clients X1 Developments.

In addition, Vermont are proud to have been an integral part of the regeneration of the residential market in Liverpool City Centre since 2004, and with the final phase of the award winning ‘Quarter’ development on Liverpool’s waterfront.

With the impressive 24 storey tower currently progressing, upon completion of this final phase the ‘Quarter’ will represent delivery of over 608 residential units, together with 275 basement car parking spaces and 6,000 square feet of commercial space.

Vermont’s lettings and facilities management business was established in 2007, and has been at the forefront of the city centre residential rentals market since that date.

A proactive lettings and management business has grown in that period to provide a professional and efficient service to a number of developers and operators, including Vermont’s own portfolio of properties.

Facilities Management

The facilities management team was established alongside the lettings and management business in 2007 in order to provide a holistic and proactive residential management solution for clients and landlords alike.

The facilities management business can provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to the specific requirements of the landlord and the property, and currently includes:

  • Out of hours call out and reactive maintenance
  • Cyclical maintenance and all testing
  • CCTV monitoring and security
  • Landlord repairs and defects
  • Fire risk assessment and inspection
