Construction Update – Michigan Tower 2 – April 2026

Work on our landmark MAT2 is advancing at pace, with the project firmly on track and delivering strong progress across all fronts. The building’s striking facade is now 95% complete, giving the tower its distinctive presence on the skyline, while interior works on the lower floors are approaching completion with fit-out on Floors 2 to 10. From kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and finishes, these homes are taking shape beautifully. Above Floor 10, our teams are working their way steadily upward through the building, with fit-out rolling forward floor by floor. Exciting work has also begun on the development’s amenity spaces — including the residents’ lounge, gymnasium and podcast room — which will form the heart of the community when residents move in. We’re proud of the progress made and look forward to sharing further updates as this exceptional development comes to life.
