Construction Update – Michigan Tower 2 – July 2025

Core is now poured to L32 with floor slabs (pour 1) complete to L26, slab (pour 2) currently ongoing.  The external panels now complete to L16.  All M&E Prefix complete to L12 & the 1st fix partitions complete to L9.  2nd fix partitions complete on L3 and 4 with the 2nd fix M&E now commenced on L3.  Mist coat painting complete to L3 & all flooring commenced to L3.
