Construction Update – Michigan Tower 2 – August 2025

Core Poured to L33 with floor slabs completed to L28, and all panels now completed up to L19.  The development now has the 1^st fix partitions completed to L13 & 1^st fix M&E complete to L08. Mist coat painting complete from L03 to L07 & flooring completed L03 to L06. Full kitchen fit out complete on L03.
