Construction Updates – The Tower – November 2017

• The floor slabs are now complete up to Level 17 with 12 columns cast on levels 17 to 18.
• The safety screen has also been lifted and the deck on Level 18 has been erected. Current works on Level 18 include the installation of slab reinforcement and bar and pour 1 & 2.
• Prepping floors Levels 11 & 12 is continuing ready for handover back to Vermont.
• The lift lobby on Level 20 has now been cast and completed.
• Installation of geogrid system to electrical risers continues up the building.
• Columns on Levels 18 & 19 are anticipated to be complete, whilst safety screens are going to be lifted up to level 19 and falsework built in order to commence concrete pours 1 & 2.
• The first fix ducting works are now complete up to Level 4.
• First fix sprinklers are complete on Upper Ground to 3rd Floor with commencement made on Levels 4 & 6.
