Construction Update – The Tower – October 2017

• 6 columns have now been built at the Tower on levels 14 & 15 and the landings at levels 21 ½ & 22 are complete.
• The lift lobby landing on level 19 has now been cast and floors level 8 & 9 are handed back over from Heyrod to Vermont.
• The concrete pour on Level 15 is due to commence with level 15-16 columns to be cast.
• The stair landings on levels 22-23 are to be cast during this period, while prepping levels 10 – 11 for the handover back to Vermont.
• First floor duct work and sprinklers work is still ongoing with ground floor and first now complete, moving onto levels 2 and 3.
• We also continue works on blockwork to the Substation
• There will be Saturday works throughout October between 7.30am – 1.00pm (dependent on weather conditions)
