Construction Update – The Tower, Sefton Street – November 2018

We are nearing completion here at X1 The Tower. The Steel frame for the podium is up and taking shape and the West elevation is also now complete.

The Internal finishes are progressing well and the final works are taking place to the double height residents lounge, as you can see in the image.

Screeding of the upper ground floor has been completed with the lower ground floor to be complete this week.

Viewings are now taking place on the show apartment which are carried out by X1 Developments.
