Construction Update – Liverpool Waters – November 2024

Concrete frame works now fully completed and the façade works are progressing well with panels installed up to level 25 with 5 levels left to go.  The Façade works to the ground floor have started with the large format glazing installed.  Internal fit out works are in progress to the residential floors levels 2 – 19 and vary between first fix through to finishes.  The amenity space fit out works have now commenced.
