Construction Update – Liverpool Waters – June 2024

Concrete frame continues to progress well & is currently poured up to the 14th floor with core poured up to level 18.  The cladding is in line with the programme, including elements installed upto level 5.  Internal mechanical & electrical pre fix works have been installed to level 2 with level 3 in progress.  The internal first fix dry lining will be due to commence
