Construction Update – Liverpool Waters – January 2025

The unitised cladding works are nearing completion with roof works and ground floor cladding in progress.  Internal fit out works to the apartments continue to progress with a number of floors now ready for final fit out and snagging.  All first fix works continue to progress to the amenity space and reception areas.
