Construction Update – Liverpool Waters – April 2025

Unitised curtain walling is now completed along with roof works.  The ground floor cladding is near completion.  All internal apartment fit out works continue to progress with floors 2-10 now at final snagging stage. All floors between 12-30 currently moving along well with the 1^st fix M&E through to final fix.
