Construction Update – Liverpool Waters – June 2025

Façade works are near completion & internal fit out works continuing to progress well, levels 2-10 completed. Levels 12-20 are between decoration & final fix with levels 21-30 between 2^nd fix & decoration.  Amenity space continues well with plaster complete & works progressing through 2^nd fix stage.  Show apartments are fitted out & ready for viewings soon.
