Construction Update – Media City – October 2017

This month Levels 17 – 21 along with Level 1 communal area on Tower 1 will be ready to be handed over to x1. The ground floor retail curtain walling is almost completed along with the reception area glazing. There is continuing work on first level terrace. Tiling to the external wall, bin store, plant and server room is on going. We will complete the hoarding line around Tower 2 once level 2 frame work is struck.

Over on Tower 2 in Media City the slip form rig core and cap lift shafts are to be completed and we will pour levels 2 – 4. Screens will be installed ready for pouring levels 3 – 26. We continue with the installation of pre-cast stairs and temporary handrail system.
