Construction Update – The Tower – July 2017

• Level 6 riser slabs have now been cast.
• Falsework for Level 6 pour 1 & pour will have been completed with the slab poured w/c 10.07.2017
• Stair landings 12 – 13 are now installed and will continue to level 14 during this period.
• Sub-station trench works have now commenced by Heyrod. It is anticipated the substation masonry works will commence on 31.07.2017
• All full height safety screens installed and patching of decking remains ongoing
• All material deliveries and plant are to come through front entrance on Sefton Street as indicated in the material and logistics plan.
• Heyrod will be working every Saturday throughout July between 7.30am – 1.00pm
